We began as a dedicated development team serving a single group of companies, delivering and maintaining internal systems over multiple years. This experience shaped our mindset: we care about long-term reliability, not just launching prototypes.

As we started to design HealthBot and received interest from external organisations, we formed SMART IOT LIMITED as a standalone company. Today, we continue to invest in HealthBot while providing development and integration services to selected partners and clients in New Zealand and Australia.
